The Webb

Building what comes next in historic Roswell.

A promising property in the heart of Roswell needed more than a renovation. It needed a clear idea of what it could become. In three weeks, we shaped the strategy, programming, guest experience and architectural vision into a layered destination of retail, dining, courtyard gathering and rooftop hospitality, giving ownership a clear direction to take to the city, investors, tenants and the broader development team.

Tennessee Stud Cider

Good cider deserves a great room.

The strategy was to create something unexpected for Gatlinburg: an 1890s-inspired cider house that felt grand, warm and welcoming, giving people a respite from the strip and a place that felt special the moment they walked through the doors. Patterson Studios shaped the architecture, brand, interiors and guest experience around that idea, then guided the key decisions through build and opening.

Now a Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice winner with a second location in Pigeon Forge.

Alan Jackson Silverbelly Whiskey

Bringing a legacy to life.

A historic storefront just off Broadway had to become a working whiskey destination in 100 days. Patterson Studios translated Alan Jackson’s music, story and country legacy into a complete physical world, shaping the environment, signage, murals, retail and guest experience while selecting and directing key vendors and overseeing execution through opening.

The project moved from concept to opening in just over three months and opened in time for Alan’s final Nashville performance.

Elkmont Winery

The river became the reason.

A tired old winery in Pigeon Forge needed a new story. Patterson Studios looked to one of the Smokies’ most enduring traditions, fly fishing, and built a new tasting room experience around it. The result gave the property fresh life, a stronger sense of place and a reason for people to come in, slow down and stay awhile.

Select Brand Work

A brand should have a world around it

Brand is at the heart of any great property, product or experience. It gives the story a point of view, creates cultural relevance and shapes the way people connect with what they see, visit, wear and remember.

Patterson Studios builds brands with enough depth to live far beyond the logo, carrying a clear visual language through identity, storytelling, merchandise, environments, signage, events and the experiences that bring the brand to life.
